We will tell you straight. If the repair costs more than the appliance is worth or the unit is near the end of its life, we say so - and we can install the replacement for you instead.

Yes. The electrical side is licensed and insured, and owner Andrew Felix is a licensed EPA-certified technician - the certification that allows us to legally handle the refrigerant in your refrigerator or freezer. We pull permits when a job calls for one and are happy to provide proof of all of it before we start.

Yes. Parts and labor are covered, and the term is written on your invoice. If the same fault comes back inside that window, we come back at no charge.
